Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories. Illini Apple Center reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
We accept returns or exchanges 7 calendar days from the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.
Non-returnable items include labor and/or installation services, opened software, consumable items such as iTunes prepaid music cards, or items that are damaged or abused.
Opened box items cannot be returned for a refund or product exchange without store manager approval. Open items that may be eligible for exchanges include items that are inoperable upon first use or otherwise defective within the first 7 days of original purchase. Illini Apple Center may refer customers with defective products directly to Apple Computer’s manufacturer warranty http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/hardware.html.
Non-Defective items valuing over $100 will be charged a 10% restock fee if returned open box or with damaged packaging.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturers’ standard warranties.
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash or check purchases over $100 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days of return.
Please remove all personal data from any approved returned or exchanged products. Illini Apple Center is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned or exchanged product.
We are pleased to offer product custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications the order cannot be changed, modified or cancelled once your order is in production. Full payment deposit is required to place order.
